Because of a couple things going on, I have no choice but to stay involved with a couple of the other forums. Or at least WCF.

I really want to get away from them, they drive me nuts.

The two kayak shops on the Fox have teamed up to offer all kinds of things. I may get involved a bit with local kayak fishing stuff. Both Paddle and Trail in Aurora and the owner of Yorkville Outdoor Center (Geneva Kayak Center) want to have a chat. Might be offering my guiding through them with kayaks and coming up with local kayak fishing little adventures.

The 2 owners of Paddle and Trail in Aurora are friends of mine so it's hard to say no to anything they ask.

The operations and marketing director of Paddle and Trail just asked if I would help promote the River Bassin Tournament. The Aurora tournament is the only one that is going to happen and P&T is the sponsor, the rest of the tournaments have all been cancelled. Drew Gregory shut it all down.

I'm teaching myself to keep my mouth shut on forums. It's tough. I can't help being a smartass, I was raised this way. You should hear my parents.

I really should learn how to capitalize on all the connections I have and all the people I've put together. I'd be a millionaire.

But then, I probably wouldn't enjoy doing what I do.
