Now don't go tagging all the fish in the areas. You ought to go try that stretch from Royce Road to 75th street on the East Branch. It's upstream from Saturday's planned adventure.

I checked out the road that Bill suggested. Looks like end of Kings Road or Bill's choice. I'll take a closer look at the maps and put something up tomorrow.

Lots more places to park at Bill's suggested spot.

Matt should try out his new flyrod. See if it breaks.

OK, I'm back in action. Log-in Hiatus was fixed thanks to the diligent work of Ken G. This whole East branch stretch is 5 min from my place so we can have a few beers in my driveway at the end and lie about how long our dinks were. Pun intended.

Well I won't be out Sunday. Promised a friend of mine that we'd hit Navy Pier and try and drag ourselves in a limit of fish for some fish fry. Yes, I'm alive, and yes I'm still fishing. Weather should all be looking up from here. I spotted all the flower and plant sprouts coming through the ground along the walls of the house at my Dad's yesterday, and I think nature tends to know when the beginning of spring is in full swing. I'll get out with you guys very soon! For now I need to get me some perch in my belly. Haven't had any since last summer. Anyways... good luck out there guys, and I'll see ya in the water soon! Oh... and Ken. I noticed a special little friend of yours has popped back up into existence recently. Great!

There was a general warning put out to a mutual acquaintance to make this pin head keep his distance and keep his smart ass commentary about what I may or may not be doing to himself and off a certain web site.

Otherwise, I get to do and say whatever it takes to make him disappear. Including a restraining order if that's what it will take.

The guys a sociopath. Can't be trusted, can't go away. Only question I have is, why me? This type of stuff from him has been going on for 10 years. I'm done. No more being nice.

Other than that, got day lillies starting to come up on the sunnyside of the house. Saw 3 small flocks of sandhill cranes while out today. May can't get here fast enough. Have fun perchin.

I 'll make a good bobber in 40 feet. Lake was glass and glad it was.

Thanks for sending me the media. I wish I could pull the audio from the first video clip you took. That would be the sound of desperate fisherman. lol
