I think cameras in the building are border line illegal, especially how I would be using it.

Thats funny, I actually work at a local non-for-profit recreation facility, and it is pretty much the same. Love the mom's in the two pieces with kids climbing all over them, swimwear is bound to be dislodged. then they look at me (lifeguarding)- like "hmm, did he just see my titty?" bwahahahaha, ya I did!!!
