The rivers are dropping nicely and by the weekend should be in pretty good shape.

Except that it's going to pour down rain on Friday.

Which should make all the river levels spike up again.

Which, after 11 years of watching this, will make Saturday fishing a waste of time. A 24 hour waiting period after a down pour always seems like the best thing to do.

Maybe I'll go fish a pond.
