New moons too. Just means a 3 to 5 day period where I don't get much sleep.
This has been happening since I was a kid. I remember being around 5 years old and sitting, staring at the full moon and wondering why I couldn't sleep.

Then I noticed the same thing when there was no moon.

I'll just have to take a nap later.
