Labor Day Weekend

With the river at just over 1300 and no rain in the forecast, conditions are perfect.
I would imagine that would include all other rivers in the area.
The little ones may be too little to bother with, but the rest should be worth it.
Don't know what I''m doing yet. Got my daughter Saturday and Sunday, so who knows.

Traded messages with pezdek1 about getting out fishing this weekend.
All the rivers, including the Apple will be in perfect shape by Monday morning.
Mentioned DuPage to pezdek, now I don't know.
Pre fishing the Monster Quest is appealing.
So is exploring a new spot on the Fox.
I hate making these kinds of decisions. This sucks.
At least the creeks are out. I think the smallies are abandoning the far reaches where I like to go for the river already. Haven't been that many around.
Ugh.

I'll give you a call sometime today or tomorrow. I'd like to get out on the Fox somewhere on Monday. The Duper is alright with me too. We'll figure somethin out, though.

I'm liking the DuPage idea Monday morning. Haven't been around Shorewood in years.
I'm up and gone at 6 AM. Probably there around 6:30 or so. Will Hammel Woods be open to park at or some other spot?
Can't find anything on the Will County Forest Preserve site that says when they open.

Not sure if it'll be open or not, but I'm down to go hit the Duper. Haven't been out there in a month or two. Might have another person or two with me, but I'll be there.
