Re: Fishing 2011

Rivers have been pretty much unwadeable the entire spring so far. When they've been fishable I've been out of town working, and by the time I get back they're usually right back up to unwadeable levels again. I fished the Duper one time and that's all the wading I did all Spring. I waded a couple ...

New outings up on the blog

Got a couple outings up on the blog. I've been so damn busy since I started the damn thing I haven't even had time to work on it or post any content. This job is gonna be the death of me. Eight out of the last 10 weeks I've been out of town... I've found some time to fish, just no time to put it all ...

It still has a long way to go until I get it how I want it, but for now it's up and running. It'll change somewhat over the next month or so.

Re: Urban River Wanderer

Thanks Ken! I know I'm going to drive myself nuts with it, but it'll give me something to do in the hotels if I have downtime when I'm out of town working, as well as a more organized way to keep track of all my info. from my outings.

The blog is still under construction and needs a ton of work yet, but I figured I'd finally get something going.

I'm happily married and I think even I would have had to pull out the "Big Stick" to see if they batted from both sides of the plate lol. Classic story, though.

Re: Custom Sticks!!

I'm still around. Basically in hibernation at this point too. Gettin the itch to get out. I just grabbed up a compre from BPS with the $20 rebate going on right now, otherwise I would have had one made. Gettin the itch to go out. Rivers are pretty well blown out. Hopin the precipitation is at a ...

Re: Okay..... Let me ask you this

Oh, I'm here. Browsing around. I was up in Colorado for two weeks after the 4th and did a little fishing on the Colorado River, and some reservoirs. Nothing major, only spent a day or so out of two weeks fishing, there was so much else to do out there. Haven't put pics on this PC yet, they're on my ...

Re: 5/9/10 Mazon River

Glad to see you made it out there Ken. It's a beautiful river. As of right now the flows are at 600CFS. I've never fished it above 400 or so, and even that was pretty bad. Nearly had my feet being swept out from underneath me at that rate. I won't be back there until sometime this weekend more than ...

Re: What to do about Mill Creek

That's absolutely unreal Ken. What a bunch of douche bags. Glad to see you reported them to the DNR. What they're doing to the creek-bed is highly illegal. Keep us posted on what comes of this. I'd like to see what the DNR does. Possibly setup some type of sting operation to catch them in the act ...
