Oswego and Aurora

Post by gonefishin88 »

Fished today from 5-630 in Oswego north of the bridge downtown. Caught about a dozen and missed about the same. All fish were on a 3/16oz jig in peanut butter and jelly color. Tried cranks and spinnerbait but nothin to show for it. Report from thurs in aurora had the most action ive had in awhile. Ended with 17 all of which were good size. Fished above and below the casino. Same as today all but a few were on a spinner the rest were all on the jig. should be an exciting few weeks to come. the recent rain is only going to help

I thought of stopping there about that same time. The wind was still blowing and I didn't feel like dealing with it. By 5 the wind had died and turned out to be a nice late afternoon. Did final garden picking and grass cutting instead.

Should have stuck with the fishing idea.
