12/6/09 Fox Warm Water Discharge

At some point during the winter im going fish the Discharge, just dont feel like making the drive now. Are you guys crossing the river from that lot by the gas station? Or is there somewhere else to access?
You can never fish the same river twice, by the time you get back it's not the same river.
