Since you guys completely destroyed the point of the other thread, here's the latest.
To the west is Naperville/Plainfield Road. To the east is Weber Road. On the south is Boughton Road.
Smack dab in the middle is Kings Road.
At the end of this road is where I'll be parked around 8 AM sunday. We'll be parking on the street since there are no parking lots. Sam pointed out a spot that might work as well and we might move there, but this spot is easier to get to than cruising subdivision cul-de-sacs and going around in circles.
This next one gives you more detail. You can see how close to the rivers it gets.
My goal is to check out where the east and west come together, then head down stream to check out all that other stuff. If a bunch show up, we can always split up and head up the branches. May as well cover as much water as possible and then rely on each other for the details when we want to go back.
I'm giving it 4 or 5 hours then head home. I usually burn out by 5 hours. I'm out of shape.

Re: DuPage Sunday Part 2
On the way home today I stopped to check out Saturday's venture. Couldn't see the bottom because of clarity. I know further up stream it's all rock and gravel. Won't know till I step in unless you know otherwise Jake.
I have a Plan B if it sucks.
I always have a Plan B.
Checked out the area around the trout farm too. Mud and goose shit shoes. Saw the outflows twade had mention. One is just gushing tons of water. No wonder it never freezes down stream.
Maybe we will have to change the name of these 3 rivers to the Chicago Areas largest WWD.

After my last post I took a drive over to the area near Kings road. Easy parking, easy walk to water, easy step-in step-out areas, well worn game paths along the banks and relatively free of algae. Its only 18-20 inches deep though. Hope we find some deeper areas.
