Geez

And you can do that here. Off fishing topic and off the wall subjects and plain bitch sessions. Sometimes you just need to have an outlet. Only registered users can see this forum.

Geez

Post by Ken G »

If you ever see me post on a fishing site that is primarily made up of college kids . . .

Someone sneak up behind me and shoot me in the head.

They know nothing, they learn nothing, and yet they think they know everything and don't need to be taught a thing.

I don't recall being so full of myself at that age.

Took me to at least 44 years old before I got like that. :D :D

Hey I resemble those remarks!

8-)

We're all kids Ken, just different maturity levels. I'm going to college, and I'm young enough to be your kid, but does that make me a college kid? :)

I think Facebook is to blame. There are a lot of folks jumping on that bandwagon lately. I might as well too, maybe it will take me somewhere? Like the Global Warming and Kennedy conspiracy movements.......

Tel ya what, let's just both agree to stay off CTA, ISA, PMS, NAACP, BYOB, and IDK WTF.......?

Oh, I had to find something to laugh at. Too many serious conversations lately. I'm going to go sit in my chair and enjoy my IPA now. :D

I'll tell ya, right now this grumpy old man just wants to go take a nap.

The rain passed over, it's beautiful out again.

I have the perfect chair out on my deck.

Zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I blame muslims. Never have met one with a sense of humor.

Facebook can be interesting when it's not boring you to tears. Once I kept leaving comments about the cat sitting in my lap and making my balls sweat. Then I remembered my daughters were on there. They were the only ones that "Liked" my comment.

At least they have my sense of humor.

Your chair and your cat remind me of two separate things:

When I was in High School, I hung out with a kid that loved down the street. We were always doing something, and we were always together. We were the neighborhood punk kids (in suburbia that meant we j-walked and took an extra day to cut the grass when our Dad got on our ass. ). Like peas and carrots we were. So one day after messing around with some junk in my garage, Tony looks at me and says, "Do you think we will be friends like this when we are old ass men in wheelchairs, on oxygen, with stomas, and alzheimers?" I said, "Probably, but I'll still call you a douche, and you'll still call me a fag."

The cat reminded me of the first time I had our cat sit in my lap. We had his claws removed on his front paws, but not his rears. After a few minutes he got real peaceful and nearly fell asleep there. Then all of a sudden out of the blue, a clap of thunder erupted outside the window behind me and that little bastard dug his claws into my sac in order to get the lift-off he needed to jump up onto my head and claw the shit out of my face.

I don't miss that cat one bit.

So Ken your kitty made your balls wet? Isn't that suspose to go the other way? Sorry, you left that open. Not like you.

Ed don't drink and drive, you might spill your beer.

Just finished the 49th Mid American Canoe Race, Ed I have some new spots... :) It was fun, I had fun canoeing with my wife. I had more fun watching bucket fishermen frown in their chairs at the site of 300 plus kayaks and canoes ruining their day.

More people on that shore line need to wear a shirt.

Captain obvious saves the day!

I think it's a requirement for the "bucket" community. Don't hate the players, hate the game.

I've waded that whole stretch, a lot, till I was on my toes as I kept getting closer to the dams.

I'll show you where the best undercut banks are and which boulder on the east side by the former archery ranges holds the biggest fish. :D :D

I'll also show you where not to wade. For good reason.

I just fished the Indian Trail area on Saturday. Glad I went Saturday. I would have been casting into canoes and kayaks just for fun.

I started at the Batavia VFW all the to the Prisco center.

I know some areas but not a lot, should venture over more often, love the little cliff areas.

Wacthing some guys get stuck in the "boats" and other speed by helps - It is a fun way to learn to read a river.

worked in the yard, prepped for our end of year picnic & finished a bunch of beer on Saturday.

missed the drama.

wasn't the first landmine nor the last between these fishing sites.

Like work tidbits..
summarize everything on a post-it note and put on my door.
On Fridays i read them then toss all into the trash!

not even worth the recycle bin!

i'm just pissed i had to skip a slamon trip today!
