I have been sizing them at 640 whatever. I need to shrink them I think?! 550 maybe?! U thihk that will get it done?!

640 by 480 should do it. Make sure they are uploaded at that size, and make sure thy are selected to publish at that size.

All of my pictures are done at 432 X 576, but I don't pay attention to those numbers.
It's 6 inches by 8 inches.

The kicker is to make sure they are 72 ppi and in Photoshop at least you get to pick a medium quality. 6 on its way of doing things.

Gives you a picture that is more than big enough and it loads fast.

I am having HUGE problems with my picture size right now!! I can't these damn things to 550 pix!!! I have computers!!
