If you Google Kane County Referendum, a link to one of them shows up 4th. Today is the day to vote on this. Apparently a lot of people were doing searches on it.
As of 5:42 PM my blog got 1,289 page views.
I was thinking today while out on the river that I'm an opinionated SOB on quite a variety of subjects. Politics, religion, conservation, preservation, breathing, walking . . . you name it. At times I consider putting those things in writing, but I don't. I write about my fishing lack of adventures.
Based on page views, I should rethink what I write about perhaps.

With the fishing post I made last night around 8:30 PM, page views topped out at 1,485.
Pretty weird.
I need to start writing about more local stuff. The forest preserve horse place, hiking, biking and on and on.
I keep forgetting that 40 percent of anglers don't have computers. Based on eyewitness accounts, I'm assuming most of them don't know how to read.
