Sunday, Late Afternoon

Post by Ken G »

Been only going to creeks so far this year and they've been barren down my way. Haven't felt like dealing with the Fox yet.

First fish of the year, right at the newly removed Blackberry Creek Dam.

I think this week is the turning point of the long drawn out late start. I'll know next weekend.

I've been contemplating only putting up posts and links to blog posts here. I'm kinda tired of all the other places. Maybe comment now and then on WCF. After 17 years of forums, it's grown tiresome.

You keep saying that about the forums, but then you keep coming back.

The possibility of helping someone, answering a question, or even finding humor in someone else's post is enough to keep you coming back.

I can't access WCF from work, and I don't get any time on my computer at home so I couldn't care less if you post on there. In the last 4 weeks, I've checked it 3 times and I found exactly 0 interesting threads to read or comment on.

Creeks are slow because there is no movement of spawning fish. Up North in river systems full of walleye, the fish are on a mean chew. I imagine the Fox would be about the same.

Just comments, no more posts or links to them. I still need to be entertained, but it's hard when no one puts up anything interesting.
