Saw wee kee 8-13

Remembering why I don't fish the Fox much. 1 bass, 1 catfish, 1 crappie. I can't really count the bass it hit right at my feet, felt the hook, came flying out of the water and gave me back my jig. Average about 1 fish per hour. I can't "see" where the fish should be so I wander almost aimlessly. Realized at one point I was standing in the deepest water readily available to the fish. The thing that brought this to my attention was the afore mentioned bass. All 3 fish hit a "sand" colored 3" yum grub.

I was out there that same day, evening actually. Went up stream of Orchard Road and back down to the bridge.

Same results as you, but only a smallie. Came off when it jumped in my face. Nice fish.

September, it will be better in September. Especially in front of the dock not far down from Orchard and behind the islands. Always fish behind the islands when the water is lower like this. Deepest water in that stretch.

September. There was a reason I had my on the water fishing classes there in September.
